The Elite Rescue Companion Program
Love the idea of rescuing a dog, but terrified of unknown history, shelter baggage, or overwhelming behavior issues? We take the risk and anxiety completely out of the equation.
At Dog Cabin Ranch Training & Behavior, we bridge the gap between shelter dogs and busy households. We believe adopting a rescue dog shouldn't mean compromising on behavior. We offer two premium paths to bring a perfectly mannered companion into your home.
Path 1
Customized Shelter Selections & Reset (Done-For-You): Don't walk the shelter aisles alone. We will work closely with you to evaluate and select the right dog for you from the shelter. Then, we bring them to the ranch to do the heavy lifting - putting them through an intensive, real world Canine Good Citizen Immersion before they ever set foot in your house.
Your program wraps up with a personalized handoff process, giving you the skills needed to easily pass the AKC Canine Good Citizen Test with your new rescue dog.
Placement Fee: $1400 Includes evaluation and our 2-week real world Canine Good Citizen Immersion and delivery back to your home with a personalized handoff training lesson.
Path 2
Our Elite Ready-to-Go Graduates: Choose a dog directly from our curated list of rescue dogs. These rescues have already fully graduated from our ranch curriculum. Every dog goes home fully crate trained, house trained, and fully skilled on basic obedience
Every graduate is fully prepared to take and pass the AKC Canine Good Citizen Test alongside their new owner.
Placement Fee: $1800 Includes your fully trained companion, complete up to date veterinary care including a health certificate, all dogs are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines, heartworm free. They have received our intensive real world Canine Good Citizen Immersion, and will be delivered to your home with a personalized handoff lesson.
The Best Part
100% of this fee is donated directly to the Dog Cabin Ranch Sanctuary 501(c)(3) to buy food, cover veterinary bills and support lifetime care of our permanent resident rescue pack. Bring home a perfectly mannered companion with total peace of mind.
